SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

A resume and copies of the following certificates issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board, with expiration dates clearly displayed, must be submitted with the application: D1 or higher Water Distribution Operator Certificate and T2 or higher Water Treatment Operator Certificate
