Water Lead Worker

The City of Fullerton is in search of skilled and dependable Water Lead Workers to join our Public Works team. In this important role, you’ll work hands-on in maintaining and repairing the City’s water system — and lead a crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Under general supervision performs a variety of both skilled and general duties involved in the maintenance, repair and construction of City water and sewer system components and the maintenance and repair of water meters; leads a crew in the maintenance, repair and construction of City water and sewer system components and the maintenance and repair of water meters and performs related work as required.

There are currently two vacancies: one in Water Distribution and one in Water Production.

The list established for this recruitment is good for one year and will be used to fill future vacancies in the Distribution, Production, and Metering divisions as needed.
