Technician I: $43.52 – $58.53/hour ($90,524 – $121,744 annually)
Technician II: $53.03 – $71.32/hour ($110,296 – $148,335 annually)
Location: Escondido, CA
Full-Time | 4/10 Work Schedule (Mon–Thurs)
Join the Water Authority’s Rotating Equipment Maintenance Division, where you’ll help maintain pumps, motors, generators, and control systems that support water delivery and hydroelectric facilities across the San Diego region.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, and instrumentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair large-scale equipment.
- California Water Distribution Operator Certificate D-1/D-2 (desirable/required for Tech II).
- A valid California driver’s license (required).
