Marina Coast Water District is seeking an innovative and collaborative Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead the District’s water treatment, distribution, wastewater collection, laboratory, and operational support programs. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee critical infrastructure, lead a talented team, and help shape the future of a growing, community-focused utility.

We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on leader with extensive experience in water and wastewater operations, strong financial and operational management skills, and a passion for mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement. Experience with SCADA systems, groundwater and recycled water operations, ERP implementations, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
