General Manager

Candidates should have administrative experience working in the water industry similar to the Clear Creek CSD.

· Preferred to have at least five years of progressively responsible management or supervisorial experience working with staff and elected officials.

· Knowledgeable in water management, treatment, distribution and regulatory compliance.

· Comfortable public speaking, working a Board of Directors & community at large.

· The manager will have the ability to provide technical assistance related to District operations, equipment / field equipment, and attend CCCSD Board of Directors meetings as well as other related business meetings.

· Experience developing budgets, working with financial systems, audits and Capital financing plans. As well as developing annual and quarterly water availability forecasts.

· The manager will have experience in working with both State and Federal agencies, and have a good knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as environmental concerns related to the industry.

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
