Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II
The San Diego County Water Authority is seeking motivated individuals to join our Operations & Maintenance team. As a Maintenance Worker I/II, you’ll help maintain essential regional water infrastructure including aqueducts, pump stations, facilities, and access roads.
This hands-on role includes construction, repair, equipment operation, vegetation management, and facility upkeep. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors with tools, machinery, and vehicles. Experience in construction trades, landscaping, facilities maintenance, or military maintenance roles translates well.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid CA driver’s license
• For Maintenance Worker II: CA Water Distribution Operator D‑1 Certificate is required
