The Mendocino County Inland Water & Power Commission (IWPC) is seeking a collaborative and strategic Executive Director to guide the organization through a pivotal period of growth and opportunity. This is not a traditional utility management position. Supported by experienced technical, legal, financial, and project management professionals, the Executive Director will lead stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and the advancement of complex, high-profile projects that impact communities throughout the region.
The ideal candidate is an influential leader who excels at building relationships, navigating diverse interests, and turning vision into action. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to unite stakeholders around common goals are essential.
