This is a newly created position in our Environmental Compliance Department that will support the organization in navigating regulatory requirements for air quality, water quality, biosolids, and more.

Under the general direction of the Director of Environmental Compliance, this position plans, organizes and performs a wide range of responsible administrative and analytical support duties; ensures plants and facilities operations and functions comply with applicable permits, laws and regulations; prepares a variety of regulatory reports, contract administration, and recordkeeping; oversees specialized program areas including air quality, water quality, biosolids, and solid waste; researches and demonstrates knowledge of existing and changing regulations from applicable local, state, and federal regulatory agencies; participates in special projects and assigned programs; ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs related duties as assigned.
