We offer employees:
- Competitive Salary: $175,240 – $223,621/annually
- 100% employee premiums paid for all health benefits
- Annual Merit Increases. Full-time employees are eligible for 5% merit increases on an annual basis until they reach the top of their pay range.

As an Engineering Manager you will have the opportunity to perform rewarding work leading a team of six direct and three indirect staff members engaged in field engineering including survey, utility locations, inspection, cathodic protection and construction management for critical water infrastructure projects.
Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of seven years of professional engineering experience, including engineering experience working on design and/or construction management of water utility related projects, to include a minimum of three years of administrative and supervisory experience.
A valid Class C California driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability under the district’s vehicle insurance policy.
A certificate of registration as a professional engineer issued by the State of California. Registration must be maintained while in this job classification.
