Engineer II: $113,052 – $152,044 annually

 We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Engineer I/II to join our Design Services Group within the Engineering Department. In this role, you will:

• Design and develop water infrastructure projects such as pipelines, concrete/masonry structures, access roads, and site grading/drainage systems.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
• Perform hydraulic modeling, pipeline design calculations, and system analysis.
• Support construction teams with field inspections and design reviews.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and member agencies.

 What We’re Looking For

 Engineer I

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• California driver’s license.

 Engineer II

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of civil engineering experience, including 1 year in water/utility design & construction.
• Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certificate.
• California driver’s license.
