Calaveras County Water District (CCWD) is seeking a Director of Administrative Services to lead our Finance, Customer Service, and Information Technology departments – advancing our mission, vision and values through sound financial stewardship and operational excellence.

- Demonstrate mastery in financial strategy and accounting best practices, with a strong foundation in the California public sector water and wastewater industry.
- Bring direct experience in water agency or utility finance, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of the industry.
- Streamline systems and elevate performance across finance and administrative functions,
- Lead with integrity, confidence and clarity in a complex in an evolving environment.
- Unify diverse teams and inspire trust through decisive action and thoughtful guidance.

CCWD delivers essential water and wastewater services to over 30,000 residents across three watersheds and the Eastern San Joaquin groundwater basin. We also own two hydroelectric projects.

Compensation
Competitive annual salary of $132,960 to $178,428
