CIP Program Manager (Unrepresented Management) : $106,500.00 – $142,716.00 Annually
CIP Project Manager (Public Service Employees Association) : $102,756.00 – $124,908.00 Annually

CIP Program Manager
Under the general direction of the Public Works Director, or designee, the CIP Program Manager has responsibility for management and operations of the capital improvement program in the Public Works Department. Duties include managing related CIP engineering operations, public works-related contracts, and capital and maintenance projects for City utilities, streets, facilities, and functions. The CIP Program Manager supervises the CIP Project Manager and works with the CIP Analyst in the Finance Department. The incumbent assists the Public Works Director, or designee, with other Department-wide duties as assigned and may provide services to other city departments and the public.
CIP Project Manager
Under the general direction of the CIP Program Manager, the CIP Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned major and minor capital projects, including all aspects of project management during development, planning, design, construction, and final close-out. This position is required to interface with city officials, staff, residents and various professional consultants, contractors, vendors and other related stakeholders.
