Water Utility Worker I/II

DESCRIPTION

CVWD is seeking a dedicated, hardworking Water Utility Worker who takes pride in supporting critical infrastructure that serves our community. In this role, you’ll join a collaborative Operations team and contribute to the installation, maintenance, and repair of the District’s water distribution system, including water mains, hydrants, valves, and meters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, outdoor fieldwork, operating construction equipment, and applying a variety of trade skills such as plumbing, concrete work, welding, and repairs. Depending on level, this position ranges from entry-level learning roles to fully skilled, journey-level assignments.
