Manager of Water Resources
The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Manager of Water Resources to lead our department in a collaborative, fast paced environment. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is based in San Andreas, with flexibility for remote work and travel. The department works on water rights, forest management, SGMA implementation, FERC relicensing, and environmental programs, while building relationships with key State, Federal, and local agencies.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with complex water rights (5+ years preferred, ideally in California).
- Strong research, policy, and project management skills.
- A collaborative communicator.

CCWD provides essential water and wastewater services to 30,000 residents across three watersheds and the Eastern San Joaquin groundwater basin. Additionally, it owns two hydroelectric projects.
