The campaign resulted in shorter time periods required to assemble orders from on-the-shelf to ready-to-ship, improved order accuracy, faster off-load times of semi-trailer bulk equipment deliveries and a reduction in accidents. Improved stacking procedures led to less damage being inflicted when fork lifting large carton units. Better efficiency and safety performances contributed to a period of record-setting profitability for this branch of the corporation. Created a system of cross-referencing custom ductwork material build orders against customer order invoices by including a keyword search function shared by each document.
