The campaign resulted in shorter time periods required to assemble orders from on-the-shelf to ready-to-ship, improved order accuracy, faster off-load times of semi-trailer bulk equipment deliveries and a reduction in accidents. Improved stacking procedures led to less damage being inflicted when fork lifting large carton units.
